- ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH The control centers have been developed into integrated service centers of cities and counties for recording of emergency calls, disposition of rescue work, directing of operating teams, documentation of events and providing of general services. The increasing integration of different ways of communication and the variety of graphic and visual devices raise the question by a schemer of a Fire Service control center, which techniques should be installed. In 1991 the working group "Technik" (technique) of the AGBF has made concepts on the subject "Fire Service Control Centers" and "Data Processing Support of the Fire Service" to provide recommendation for planning. The results are described and completed by updated and future developments.
