- More base data is needed with respect to energy resources and use. Better measurement in terms of both techniques and values is suggested in the physical science aspects of energy and in our understanding of man and the energy-related attributes he requires of his shelter. Americans must stop wasting energy and at the same time develop new energy technologies. The rountable offered numerous suggestions for the near-, mid- and long-range futures.
