- ONLY ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH The article discusses the aspect of Fire Protection in special purpose buildings and the necessary measures in processing a building permit. The basic fire protection requirements are detailed and discussed. A fire protection concept for commercial buildings is presented. Special purpose buildings for a large number of people require special measures. Particularly important is the aspect of a possible panic reaction. Operations in order to mitigate any dangers have a higher priority as is the case with conventional special purpose buildings.
