- Abstract
- In this report training simulators for fire and rescue services are discussed. Some concrete proposals are presented, namely simulation of operation leadership and distance simulation for grave tactical situations, simulation programs for normal tactical situations and pump simulation device. A philosophy of product development is presented. This includes 1) a set of concepts for analysing and structuring training requirements and simulation techniques and 2) normative evaluations regarding simulation.
