- This is the statisticsl survey of NBS papers for calendar year 1971. Like previous reports, the statistics are based on papers approved for publication during the calendar year rather than on papers actually published. (The statistics would be essentially the same.) We have tabulated tht total publication output of 1276 ppers by Institute or Center, by Division, and by publication media. The latter are broken down by NBS publication series, and by non-NBS media.
