Abstract
This Bulletin outlines the requirements for a Fire Emergency Organization in all Federal Government occupied buildings, explaining the need and organization required. Model Fire Emergency Procedures are appended as a guide and are to be amended as required to suit local conditions and agreements. Other Emergency Procedures are similarly appended because of the responsibility of the Fire Emergency Organization to supervise evacuations and other procedures involving emergencies other than fire.
