- Abstract
- There has never been an industry-wide benchmarking study of the levels of technology used across the whole life-cycle of capital facility projects. Thus, the primary objective of this study was to measure the extent to which task integration and task automation (IA) technologies are being used in executing capital facility projects, including those technologies used in facility operations and maintenance. The scope of this report includes discussion of fidnings pertaining to relationships between technology usage and project success on capital facility projects.
