Abstract
ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH The spread of hazardous substances can either be tested by experiments in reality or by models. Natural experiments are involving great expenses and therefore it is only possible to seize a small extract. Physical models - reduction of reality to laboratory measures - also need great expenses and the limits of reduction restrict the operation area. Using numerical models it is possible to reflect reality with comparable little expenses if not all physical and chemical processes are described. Up to now there is no program to deal with all aspects of spread of hazardous substances caused by incidents. It is only possible to be either interested in safety analysis or the calculations of potential danger by catastrophies or one can examine a present day or former incident.
