- This document consists of revisions and additions to the standard test procedures for nonmetallic materials set forth in MSC-A-D-66-3A and a statement of the objectives of the materials control programs required for spacecraft contractors. The control and verification of material and assembly flammability and offgassing properties to the guidelines of this document are based on the recommendations of the AS 204 Review Board and the following general fire control criteria.
