Abstract
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled, that the Secretary of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Secretary") is authorized and directed to make grants to states, counties, and local communities to pay up to one-half of the total costs of training programs for firemen.
