- This book is an index of photographs available from NASA. Color 4-by-5 inch transparencies and black-and-white 8-by-10 inch glossies are available free to information media. Non-information media may obtain identical material for a fee through a photographic contractor by using the order forms in the rear of this book. These photographs are government publications--not subject to copyright. They may not be used to state or imply the endorsement by NASA or by any NASA employee of a commercial product, process or service, or used in any other manner that might mislead. Accordingly, it is requested that if any photograph is used in advertising and other commercial promotion, layout and copy be submitted to NASA prior to release.
