- Abstract
- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled, that section 302 of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Control Act of 1970 is amended by redesignating subsections (b), (c), and (d) as subsections (c), (d), and (c), respectively, and by inserting immediately after subsection (a).
