- Prefabricated single-family modular houses were investigated. The homes are manufactured in one basic style with two different floor plans. The styles are designated M-950-1 and M-1008. The homes vary in length from 40 ft, 10 in. to 42 ft, 10 in. and the width is 23 ft, 8 in. A carport may be provided as an option.
