- This report documents the clinical and laboratory activities of the USAISR during fiscal 1972. These activities include patient care, clinical investigation and laboratory research in the areas of (1) burn injury, (2) acute renal failure and (3) general trauma. Special emphasis is placed on the clinical management of burned patients and on studies related to the prevention and treatment of burn wound infection.
