- At the Fifth Meeting of the UJNR Panel on Fire Safety and Research I reported results on flame heights obtained from analyses of non-radiating, combusting boundary layers. Today I would like to extend these results to include the very important effects of radiation and to discuss as well flame radiation and flame spread rates.
