- Abstract
- The National Bureau of Standards/Center for Fire Research, Program for Fire Detection and Control Systems, is presently engaged in two major sprinkler research projects. The first is a study of automatic sprinklers in health care facilities, and the second is a study of sprinkler and spray methods for the protection of open or partially open stairways. This is a brief report on the status as of November 1977. Full technical information will be presented in final reports when projects are completed.
