Abstract
This year's Proceedings is an update of the first cumulative Proceedings that we issued in 2003. The response to that has been positive, with little sentiment for a hard copy of the Proceedings. We plan to continue future updates to this CD, adding each current year's papers, thus providing a record of the field that advances with time. On this CD, we have again included an author index and a rough subject index. The numbers of attendees and papers at the 14th Conference rose slightly and appear to have stabilized. This is despite our still being in a weak economy and declining resources being applied to halon replacement studies.
