Abstract
No covered product shall be installed or used in or as part of a building which is subject to Chapter B, Chapter E, or factory manufactured homes under Chapter D of the Code unless (1) such covered product has been tested in accordance with the toxicity test method prescribed in Section 1120.2 and (2) a report of such test has been filed with the Department of State in accordance withSecion 1120.3. The covered products regulated by this Part are as follows: beginning one year after the effective date of this part, any electrical conduit or electrical wire insulation; beginning two years after the effective date of this part, any pipe, duct or thermal insulation; and beginning three years after the effective date of this part, any interior finish or interior floor finish.
