- Abstract
- A program was conducted to investigate various processes for bonding activated carbon cloth with various fabrics to produce laminated fabric structures with good chemical vapor adsorptivity and textile properties. Of several processes investigated, the three most promising were thermoplastic web bonding, solvent based urethane bonding, and ultrasonic fusion. All processes yielded laminate with good dynamic carbon tetrachloride adsopriton properties.
