- Abstract
- A report of tests conducted at the National Bureau of Standards to determine the performance of 14 chimneys of various types of construction under conditions simulating those obtained in domestic chimneys. Tests were made at 200, 600 and 1000 F inlet temperature, and at gas flow rates of 20, 45 and 70 cfm, corresponding to a fuel burning rate of 1/2, 1 and 1 1/2 gal of fuel oil per hour, respectively.
