- Abstract
- Surface flammability of 29 species of wood in lumber form and 50 commercially produced plywoods, hardboards, fiberboards, adn particle boards was measured at the Forest Products Laboratory in the 8-foot tunnel furnace. Results indicate the range in surface flammability that can be expected from the types of lumber and fabricated boards tested.
