- Abstract
- The thermal insulative properties of various fabrics under flaming and non-flaming exposure were studied. Fabrics tested had been made from natural fibers, man-made fibers, or from blend combinations. For studies of the insulative properties of fabrics under radiant heat flux, a modification of a method developed by the National Bureau of Standards was used.
