- ONLY ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH A multistage and multiercriteria system for the assessment of urban fire risks in cities is developed in this paper, and it has fuzzy characteritics. Furthermore, by introducing the fuzzy optimum selection theory, the fuzzy assessment method is put forward. The system and the method are applied to the assessment among thee typical sections in Qingdao.
