- Abstract
- The presentation gives the philosophical background for some of the criteria which have been used for evaluation of innovative housing in Operation Breakthrough. Particular attention is given to a modified concept of fire resistance, the intorduction of new types of material controls and the concept of life safety system for residential construction.
