- This QOT&E will evaluate the operational effectiveness and suitability of the C-5 aircraft pylon fire safety system Class IV modification. The QOT&E will emphasize evaluating the ability of the pylon airflow stopper to reduce airflow through the pylon and into the wing leading edge.
