- The Research on Instrumented Mannikin Program is a 15-month effort which will yield two instrumented mannikins for use in fire test of protective clothing and their associated data acquisition and data reduction systems. This report covers progress from 1 September to 30 September 1971. Primary accomplishments for this reporting period were: 1. Initial evaluation of data acquisition system proposals; 2. Analysis of heat flux sensors; 3. Initial fabrication of sensor module materials; 4. Initial sensor layout.
