- ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH Emergency doors are generally not to be shut. Because of fear of misuse of such - open doors - these doors were closed and the key was put into a red key box near the door. In 1992 these red key boxes were banned by the Federal Administrative Court. The regulations constructive demands of electronic locks of doors at escape routes given to all counties rules now, how to keep doors safe at escape routes against unauthorized use.
