- Abstract
- A Forest Fire Research Conference was held at Charlo, N.B. August 12-13, 1957. The some 100 suggestions for research into the control of forest fires, which resulted from that conference, were subsequently processed and analyzed by the Woodlands Section (C.P.P.A.) Forest Fire Protection Committee. At a meeting of that Committe on November 15, 1957, five of these projects were selected as an immediate objective.
