- This report, on highway construction usage factors for lumber, timber piling, petroleum products and explosives, is a portion of the fourteenth in a series of usage factor reports for major highway construction materials. Other parts of the series show factors for steel, aggregates, cement, bitumens, concrete pipe, and clay pipe. The first of the series covered the period 1953-1055 and the thirteenth of the series was based on the period 1967-1969.
