- ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH TC 162 of CEN produced drafts of standards for protective clothing against chemicals of different types. From the viewpoint of the fire service these drafts are disappoinint, as a number of essential requirements are missing. The German resolution was adapted to standardize protective clothing against chemicals for special use. A project group of WG 3 got an order for making a draft. The success of this intend would be much easier if a German conception by common consent would exist.
